Shipping policy/delivery method

By Submitting an order, you have agreed to all terms and conditions listed below.

Cancellations and Reschedules

Cancellations and reschedules are subject to acceptance by Americrane & Hoist Corp. Please call for return authorization. Orders canceled or refused after being shipped: Restock & freight charges will apply.

Damaged Shipments

It is important to note any irregularities on the Shipping Bill of Lading. Damage to the box, holes, dents, tears, etc. should be noted on the form when signing & accepting the delivery. If you open the package and there is hidden damage, you should call Americrane & Hoist Corp immediately.

If severe damage is present: Refuse shipment and call Americrane & Hoist Corp. Phone: 1-216-267-9100

Shipping Charges

Products are shipped F.O.B. factory, paid by Americrane & Hoist Corp, and charged to the customer. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, special handling, or shipments outside of the United States. Any extra charges for additional services, such as: customer's carrier or any special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer must file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Options

Guam - Please add an additional $20 charge per order. All orders shipping outside of the United States will require a follow up e-mail with a shipping quote before processing your order. • Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, notification to purchaser will be given.

Sales Tax

Ohio customers are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate. Depending on the state to which you are having this product shipped, you may be required to submit an exemption certificate for that state or remit sales tax.

Returns

Please call for returned goods authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items ordered in error are subject to restocking charges.
